This normally lasts 30 minutes and is an informal appointment to discuss your case. There is no obligation and no fee. An initial consultation is not normally required for smoking cessation.

Relaxed Eating Programme for Weight Loss
The whole programme consists of 3 sessions and 2 CD's. If payment is made upfront at the first session there is a 10% discount. Lose a portion of your target weight loss amount or receive free sessions for up to 6 months. Individual sessions are available.

Children's problems
Normally only one session is required for children's problems such as sleep issues, school problems, fussy eating, weight problems, thumb sucking etc.
